In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Greek Health Organization.

Aelia Luxury Suites has been informed in detail on essential preparatory and prevention measures – ranging from hygiene measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdowns for quarantine purposes in case of a suspect incident, in cooperation with the local authorities.

Our cancellation policy

Aelia Luxury Suites is constantly updating our cancellation policy to reflect the most recent developments related to the COVID-19.

Our most recent policy allows free cancellations related to inbound and outbound individuals and groups until June 2021, or later following the local authorities guidelines, in any rate plan our guests have chosen.

We recommend to adjust your travel dates or cancel your reservation, as soon as you decide it prior your arrival date as no shown may be subject to a fee, by contacting the hotel directly at or contact your travel agent if you booked through an external service partner.
